[Building Sakai] CREATE a new Question Type (SAMigo)

Hi all!

I've been trying to modify the tool to fit SAMigo some needs, but because of
the many failures I have given up and would like to try another way.

This time I would like to know how you can *create a new "/Question Type/"*,
for example *"HELLO WORLD"* it was just a box to enter text, as a test.
