[Building Sakai] Sign-up tool

Peter,

I didn't explain myself clearly at my previous email.

We plan to upgrade our sakai 2.8 this Summer, so that I have Sign-up
1.0-SNAPSHOT.
When I said sign=up 2.8 means sign-up 1.0-SNAPSHOT.
