[Building Sakai] ERROR in Mneme installation

I've checked the link I've been through, and think that is the error that I
have.

I downloaded the file *KNL-492*, page:

/https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/KNL-492/

I used the command */patch-p0 < KNL-492/*, to install the patch but it
appears the following error:

/can not find file to patch at input line 5
Perhaps you used the wrong-p or - strip option?

I've never patched and I'm a bit lost, I would be helpful brief explanation
or a tutorial.
