[Building Sakai] Import from site not working with Lesson builder

[Ramachandran,Narasi]

We are in Sakai CLE 2.9 LB 1.4-SNAPSHOT

We have tried adding 1 module using LB  in new site and then tried the import and choose replace content - we get error choose at least one tool to import, If we choose Merge content - the Lesson Builder does not appear in the list of tools to import. Duplicate site still works. If you all have any suggestions that will be great.
