[Building Sakai] OSP Glossary Tool In 2.9.2

Hi everyone,

I'm frantically trying to get ready for an upcoming 2.9.2 upgrade and I 
was hoping you guys could help me out with an odd issue. The OSP Glossary 
tool is deployed and works, but I can't add it through site editor. I can 
add it in the admin sites tool and it isn't stealthed in our sakai 
properties, so is there something that changed with that tool in 2.9?
