[Building Sakai] Sakai 2.9.x Kernel, Sessions, and WebDAV

In https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/KNL-1050 logs were added to the
catches. These will be retained but the rest of KNL-1050 (that cuts the
session) will not be.
