[Building Sakai] Page Titles in Sakai 2.9

Hi,

If I wanted to change a Sakai page, for example "Message of the day" to be called "Message of the month", is there a configuration page that supports this?

The reason for this question is we found in the desktop view of Sakai 2.9 "My Sites" is called "Sites" in the PDA skin. The name of the page should be consistent throughout all experiences.

Any help to find how to change the names of pages in Sakai 2.9 would be helpful!
