[Building Sakai] Wiris math editor proxy problem

Hi
We are trying out the Wiris math editor as a ckeditor plugin in Sakai 2.9.
It looks great, but the problem we run into is that we can't get it to
connect to www.wiris.net through a proxy server. It supposedly can do this
in PHP integrations but that doesn't help.

Has anyone gotten this to work through a proxy?
