[Building Sakai] Gradebook2/Gradebook

Hi Bryan,

I had seen this in the gbServices-hosted.xml file in GB2, and after
modifying it and building it I was able to see the changes. I will try the
other methods too and see how they go, that way we won't need to change the
code every time there is a version upgrade.
