[Building Sakai] Audio recording as new assignment type

Hi Neal and everybody.

I have applied on my local synchronized trunk another pretty feature 
that Samoo did for us (spanish universities): a new assignment type 
where students can record audio, just the same way that in Samigo (in 
fact, the applet is the same).

I have uploaded the patch for trunk to 
https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-20555 with installation 
instructions in the comments, as is a binary patch with several images 
included and is trickier that usual text patches.

If somebody want to take a look on it and test it in some QA server, 
spanish universities would be really happy of having this feature as 
part of official future releases.
