Hi Natalia:

Before restore from database... try to create a course with THE SAME ID than
the deleted on (remember to add a page with the Site info tool to be able to
add all the other tools) and enroll the users you have in the other course
and put the same tools in that course...

Is possible you restore MOST of your things. (Check it anyway)

If you don't remember it, try to start another sakai (if you have the test
one) vs the security copy of your database to view the ID, and you can check
too if is everything using this other sakai.

But try to recover a site directly from database is (if not impossible) very
complex.

Saludos!

Asunto: [Building Sakai] Restoring course data

Dear all,

I was wondering what is the easiest way of restoring the deleted course data
in Sakai if I have the backup of the mysql database that still contains that
course.

Best regards,
Natalia Stash.
