[Building Sakai] Freezing a Site

Dear Adam,

Thanks a lot for your detailed reply. Half of my problem is solved by your
instructions, but the other half still remains unsolved. The problem, now,
is that the user that first created the site (obviously not an admin) can
still modify the site (like "Add" button for Assignments still appear to
him), even if he is assigned a ReadOnly role.. Is there any solution to this
problem?
