[Building Sakai] IconsŠ why not sprites or icon fonts

Good point. There is a good sprite for the silk icon set. I think the
roadblock is the size of the task of replacing individual icon references
with the sprite references.

I think I will take care of the portal for 2.10 (icon references > sprite
references) if I have time, but individual tools could also benefit from
this.
