[Building Sakai] Lessons repo

So, all day today, the following repo has been down, as specified in lessons:

            <id>uct-maven2</id>
            <name>UCT Maven Repo</name>
            <layout>default</layout>
            <url>http://source.cet.uct.ac.za/nexus/content/repositories/releases/</url>
            <releases>
                <enabled>true</enabled>
            </releases>
            <snapshots>
                <enabled>false</enabled>
            </snapshots>
        </repository>

Commenting that out fixed everything today. Which leads me to ask… why is this even in there in the first place?
