[Building Sakai] Mneme from Etudes in Sakai 2.6.4

Dear All,

Please let us know whether we can install Mneme from Etudes in Sakai 2.6.4
along with other test engines ( sam from Samigo is also avialable), we want
to use both in single application for different set of target groups so that
question banks and assessments are maintained separately.
