[Building Sakai] Any Ubuntu packages, EC2 images or other easier ways to get a CLE install up and running on Linux?

And that is exactly along the lines of what I was putting together.

I'll take a look at them later.

Would it be possible to somehow setup a sakai ppa so that one day we could do something like

sudo apt-get install sakai

and then configure it to use certain repos(community, school repos).

Christian,

Here are my scripts for dummies (like me):

https://source.sakaiproject.org/contrib/csev/trunk/scripts/sakai-full/

There is a README and a EC2 README, and an ubuntu script to grab dependencies.

Comments welcome if they need updating.

Is there an easier way to install CLE on Linux than all the steps on the
CLE binary docs?
(I'm happy to do it but I just don't want to take any chances on my
lovely CLE being messed up!)

e.g. any Ubuntu packages or Amazon EC2 images?
