[Building Sakai] Any Ubuntu packages, EC2 images or other easier ways to get a CLE install up and running on Linux?

Is there an easier way to install CLE on Linux than all the steps on the 
CLE binary docs?
(I'm happy to do it but I just don't want to take any chances on my 
lovely CLE being messed up!)

e.g. any Ubuntu packages or Amazon EC2 images?
