[Building Sakai] SocketException: Broken pipe exception

Hi All

One of our users tried to upload a file on a Course Site in Resources and
got a* java.net.SocketException: Broken pipe exception.* I have tested this
myself and cant duplicate the error.

I have found an old Jira (*https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/KNL-561*).
The comment that was made was "*This is trown whenever a client abborts an
connection getting a file from CHS*". What is CHS?

We are using Sakai 2.8.2 with Kernel 1.2.1. Isn't this exception supposed
to be fixed in Kernel 1.2.1?
