Summary of QA01 effort to-date.

19 community members have signed up to test so far!
10 out of 30 tools have had at least some testing. Goal is for 100% of 
tools to have some testing. We are at 30%.
2 tools cannot be tested - Portfolio system (known issue), News tool  
(new News tool to be installed) .     #[2][3]

Over 600 Jira issues that are resolved and need testing. [4] Yep, that's 
a big number :-).  Not sure what a realistic goal is? Can we test all 
600+ before Sakai 10 is released? Seems like a stretch.
