[Building Sakai] automated testing

I've been doing some research on a new approach we are going to take
for how we are doing tests locally.  Thought others might be
interested.

This is borrowing on some of the approaches my comrades in the Kuali
space are using, only I'm too much of a Java snob to use Ruby.  And
Scala is sexier than Ruby these days anyway.

Check it out.  I think you can pretty much mix and match Java and
Scala if you wanted too, but I haven't tried that.
