[Building Sakai] CKEditor HTML5 and iframe support

Thanks Steve and Sam.. We are at 2.9.x and are not using AntiSamy. One user
was using <section> tag. After I added it to the 'goodTags' list, it
started to work, but does that make it necessary to add all new tags to the
goodTags list?
