[Building Sakai] [Announcements] Gradebook fix for CLE 2.9.1 and 2.9.2

Hi Tony,

Could you provide the steps necessary to reproduce the error?  That could be very helpful.  Possibly we'll have to open a new Jira, or maybe we will be able to see if it is related and/or fixed by CLE 2.9.3
