[Building Sakai] Windows 7 64bit and Sakai 2.9.2 WebDav

We have just upgraded from Sakai 2.8.1 to 2.9.2 and after the upgrade 
anyone who was mapping a windows folder to a sakai webdav site is having 
issues.

Currently the users can authenticate just fine, but when they try to 
upload any file, or even create a new folder you get a error

  the file '***' is too large

or in the case of creating a new folder you get

  the file '<%1 NULL:NameDest>' is too large

We have no issues using Mac, Linux, or a Windows Client like Cyberduck 
or even Windows XP, but the native WebFolders in Windows 7 don't work.

I am able to rename files and delete files, but that seems to be about it.

Has anyone else had any issues with Windows 7 and WebDav Folders?
