[Building Sakai] The Media Gallery is not enabled. Your system administrator needs to enable it in the configuration

Hi,

We have setup sakai 2.9.1 in our network (10.0.0.X ip) and we have another
server where kaltura (version 5 )has been setup from source (10.0.0.x ip).
We have follwed the instructions from kaltura website for integrating
kaltura and sakai. For this we have checked out kaltura tool in sakai source
code and deployed the kaltura in Sakai.

When we try to access the Media gallery tool we are struck with the
following error : 

 The Media Gallery is not enabled. Your system administrator needs to enable
it in the configuration.

The following is the configuration of our sakai.properties file : 

  kaltura.enabled=true
## your kaltura account partner id
kaltura.partnerid=XXXXX
## your kaltura account admin secret key
kaltura.adminsecret= XXXXXXXXXXX
## your kaltura account secret key
kaltura.secret=XXXXXXXXXX
## your kaltura server URL (Use https if your sakai server uses SSL)
kaltura.endpoint = http://www.xyz.com
 kaltura.library.view.permission.enabled=true

kaltura.siteLibraryRequiresPrivs=true
kaltura.archive.support.enabled=true
