[Building Sakai] David Horwitz away from Sakai for a while

Hi all,

Due to an unexpected health setback, our colleague David Horwitz is going to be off work for a while and hence also not active in Sakai.

He does have a number of open issues in JIRA on both CLE and contrib projects, which I'm going to be reassigning or unassigning for now. If you'd like to followup about any in-progress work for UCT-related contributions or areas of the code, you're welcome to check in with me.
