[Building Sakai] Announcements tool query

Greetings to you,

In re-reading your initial message I noticed the following comment: "no way
of assigning an instructor to a section."  Are the instructors not part of
the group that is receiving the announcement?  Are you able to add the
instructors to the groups in question?
