[Building Sakai] 2.9.x Build Fails in Eclipse

Hi Sakai Dev Experts,

I am quite new and would like to explore Sakai more, but after having build
success with Maven(skipped unit tests), surprised to see while importing
and building in Eclipse (Step 16 in the guide -
https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/BOOT/Development+Environment+Setup+Walkthrough/),
getting many compilation errors. Attached is just a one. Could you please
help me in getting right working SVN version source code.
