[Building Sakai] Announcement Delayed email notification problem

We are experiencing delivery failure when Announcement selects to deliver
email notification on the specific date after we change our email server.

Email notification is delivered once user chooses immediate email
notification. We are using Sakai 2.7.0 and there is no complaints on tomcat
log as well as james address-error.

We are not sure where we should dig first. Please help us.
