[Building Sakai] WorksiteSetup Create New Project Dissapeared

You should be able to do it for the !user.template.ROLENAME and it will be
picked up, even if the user already exists since it is a live realm, not a
copied one. Adding them to the user's own ~ realm doesnt actually work.
