[Building Sakai] WorksiteSetup Create New Project Dissapeared

Hi, Will:

If this is for an existing user, you need to locate the person's
myworkspace site id. Then log in as admin, go to Realms tool, input this
user MyWorkspace id (usually this is ~{user_id}), and add site.add.project
permission to the maintain role, or to whatever role the user has in that
realm.

See if this works.
