[Building Sakai] blogwow htmlEditor rendering problem

Hello All

We plan to use blogwow 1.0.0 within Sakai 2.8.x and ckeditor. While we are
testing blogwow tool, we notice that some icons are duplicated -- folder
with T; folder with W; Print.....
Please find attached snapshot.
I check other tools with htmlEditor, such as Announcements, Resources
Tool...They are rendered correctly. No duplicated icons.

Please advise us where I can dig first in order to resolve this problem
