[Building Sakai] drop groups at AdobeConnect Tool

Hi Mariano,

We have one class using the AdobeConnect tool intensively for online group discussions.  We have set up four meeting rooms(open for weeks long) with four different group permission(group-awareness).  We have noticed that the meeting room occasionally has lost the selected Group setting (can be viewed via edit room page), which causes student in the group to lose access to that meeting room.  I cannot reproduce it manually when I look into it.  The strange thing is that if it happens , it is always on the weekend.

Many thanks if you could share some light what might cause such issue.

Hi Peter,

we have been using it for two years now but have not noticed that. Can you provide more information on how to reproduce the issue? When you say 'drop the groups', what do you mean by that?
