[Building Sakai] Question pool sharing problem

I have sakai installed in an university in Guatemala.  sakai.uvg.edu.gt...
I have one problem that I have not found the solution on internet.  That is
that:
- I have a question pool with questions inside a folder inside a subfolder
(3rd level)
- I have shared the question pool.
- The other user have access to the questions on the question pool, in the
root folder or in subfolders, but in "subsubfolders" (3rd level) cannot.

Any hints?
