[Building Sakai] Modifying Sakai page title separator

Hi Ese,

No problem.

If you intend to get stuck into some development you'll need to do a full
checkout of the source so you get the portal project. You do that for 2.9.x
 by running:

svn co https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn/sakai/branches/sakai-2.9.x-allsakai-2.9.x-all.

If you checkout the trunk with:

svn co https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn/sakai/trunk sakai-trunk

you'll get all the source by default, if I remember correctly.
