[Building Sakai] RSF 0.7.5 or greater in assignment2: correct repo

All the RSF jars are in the sakai repo:

http://source.sakaiproject.org/maven2/uk/org/ponder/sakairsf/sakairsf/

Note the sakairsf needs to be all lower case
