[Building Sakai] How Sakai OAE start with Apache-Tomcat or on a server?

Mark, sorry for the inconvenience caused, but didn't find anything related to
what you told me earlier in the link that I spent about jetty: 

http://www.eclipse.org/jetty/about.php

I've looked at the documentation for Jetty 9 in
http://www.eclipse.org/jetty/documentation/current/   but without result.

Could you indicate the steps that I should follow to embed Jetty within
org.sakaiproject.nakamura.app 1.4.0.jar?. 

I'm a little lost with this issue, because I have no idea about this.
