[Building Sakai] [sakai releases] JForum for Sakai 2.9.1

Hi Cynthia,

We are planning to release JForum in the end of April. Today I will copy 
the JForum code to sakai svn and you can download it from there to use 
with sakai 2.9.1. I will email you once I copy the code to sakai svn.
