[Building Sakai] How Sakai OAE start with Apache-Tomcat or on a server?

Hi Steve,

I registered in the direction that I've attached. I can not send emails,
because I can not see them properly: [hidden email]

I tried to send an email to both addresses again, but I still get the same
error.

PS: Returning to the beginning, Anybody has experience in starting .jar on a
server? What tools are needed?
