[Building Sakai] Setup development enviroment

For the @CommonsLog and @Data, go here and install lombok:
http://projectlombok.org

It's not required - you can optionally install it into Eclipse and then the
annotations are expanded.

Also, there is no need to import all modules into Eclipse, just the ones
you are working on.

For hot deploys, search the list for JRebel, there was info about that
recently.
