[Building Sakai] Setup development enviroment

but after follow  steps i having following issue
​1-eclipse can't handle @CommonsLog    @Data   tags for  lombok lib i using
eclipse 3.6
2-i having a lot of project in project explorer and it's hard to maintain
all changes  so if you  having anther way to minimal  no of project  (like
group them )
3- i need to set break point in code  ,deploy new changes and start / stop
 server
also if there is option to do hot depoly
