[Building Sakai] INSTALLING Knowledge Base Tool for Sakai 2.9

Hi Frédéric,

I think the Knowledge Base Tool tool, not available for Sakai 2.9, because
recently I tried to install and didn't get it due to numerous unresolved
errors.

While on the other hand, I've seen that is the repository for version 2.9:

/https://source.sakaiproject.org/contrib/edia/knowledgebase/branches/sakai-2.9.x//

I guess it will not be done at all, with all the errors involved.

I hope someone, resolve us the doubt.
