[Building Sakai] INSTALLING Knowledge Base Tool for Sakai 2.9

Hi, 

I tried to install the tool, *Knowledge Base Tool* for version of Sakai 
2.9
But i have this message :
Caused by: org.sonatype.aether.resolution.ArtifactResolutionException: Could not transfer artifact jta:jta:pom:h2.1.8 from/to edia (http://mvn.edia.nl/): Access denied to: http://mvn.edia.nl/jta/jta/h2.1.8/jta-h2.1.8.pom , ReasonPhrase:Forbidden.
