[Building Sakai] kaltura integration not enabled

Hello,

I have setup Kaltura and have sakai.properties configured to point to the Kaltura server. However when launching the tool I get this:

The Media Gallery is not enabled. Your system administrator needs to enable it in the configuration.

The Media Gallery Kaltura settings are missing. Your system administrator needs to add the settings to the Sakai configuration.

Is there some other step to get up and running?
