[Building Sakai] sakai ldap filter (CLE 2.8)

It's pretty rare that functionality is removed from future releases of
Sakai.  Are you sure this wasn't custom functionality built for your
instance?

The place to modify will be the JLDAP provider code (providers/jldap).
