[Building Sakai] sakai ldap filter (CLE 2.8)

Hi,

We would like to filter the ldap users that are allowed to login into sakai
using a property of this user.
 
ie, this seem to work in past sakai versions: (possibly a few version ago)
 
 <property name="attributeMappings">
       <map>
            <entry
key="loginPattern"><value>(&amp;(uid={0})(description=sakai))</value></entry
>
 
 
Do you know of any way that this could be acomplished
