[Building Sakai] Announcements "enforceNumberOfDaysInThePastLimit"configuration option

OK, is in 
announcement-tool/tool/src/webapp/tools/sakai.synoptic.announcement.xml

<configuration name="limitNumberOfDaysInPast" value="true" />

But I hadn't noticed that MyWorskpaces must be updated/re-created.
