Hi Eby,

Try going to this address:

https://trysakai.longsight.com/direct/assignment/describe

You'll find the URL you mentioned in there, but you'll find a bunch of others as well.  You may need to get all assignments for a site and you may need the site-id for a particular student to do that.  Go up a level to: 

https://trysakai.longsight.com/direct/

And there, you may find a way to get site info for the current user.
