[Building Sakai] Need help with Sakai 2.8 Samigo 2.9 Java7 and Tomcat 7

The class not found error is related to this 2.9 new feature:
https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-19668. I believe they can be fixed
by merging the Gradebook related changes.
