[Building Sakai] LB and sakai 2.8.0

Which version of LB are you trying to use? I seem to remember that 1.4
and 1.5 are equivalent but should be used in different versions of
Sakai.

Locally, I am using "sort of 1.4" (not recommended for general use!)
on Sakai 2.8.1:
