[Building Sakai] Workspace not found: getting Site Not found

Hello all,

We have started experiencing problems with new users in 2.8.0 a few days
ago. When new users login for the first time, they get Site Not Found. No
workspace for them. These users are either type 'guest' or type 'student'.
Yes, we recently created !user.student and !user.guest templates, but must
have done something wrong with these changes. How best do we fix this?
